The Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts functions as both the Clerk of the Courts and as an Officer of Miami-Dade County performing ex officio duties. The Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts has adopted, as appropriate, the ADA Policies and Procedures, including grieviance procedures, of both the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court and Miami Dade County.
