Q:  How can I request a certified copy of a Probate document online?

A: We are pleased to announce the implementation of ordering Certified Copies of Probate Documents on-line.  Please visit the Civil, Family and Probate Courts Online System, to facilitate your Probate Certified Copies request.

 

Q: Can I still request a certified copy of a Probate document by mail?

A:  Yes, you can request a certified copy of a document by mail from the following address:

Q:  How can I request a certified copy of a Civil, Family or Probate/Mental Health recorded document online?

A:  After performing an Online Case Search and viewing the image, the system has an option to order a certified copy of a recorded document.  Visit Payments for payment instructions. The Clerk’s Office will mail you the certified document upon payment and processing.

 

Q:  How can I request a certified copy of any other recorded document type online (like a deed, mortgage or lien)?

A: After performing an Online Official Records Search and viewing the image, the system has an option to order and pay for a certified copy of a recorded document. The Clerk’s Office will mail you the certified document upon payment and processing.

  • Year of Case or Year Document was Recorded
  • Names of parties involved

  • Mail appropriate statutory fee:
    $1 per page, $2 per document for the certification
    If you do not know the year/case number, an additional search fee of $2 per year, per name will be added for every year searched.
  • Visit Online Case Search or Online Official Records Search to obtain the number of page(s) in a document
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope

Q:  How can I request a certified copy of a marriage license on-line?

A:  For marriage licenses issued after 1995, please visit Marriage License Bureau, select Marriage License Application Search, and follow the options to order and pay for a certified copy of a marriage license. The Clerk’s Office will mail you the certified copy upon payment and processing.

 

Q:  How can I request a certified copy of a marriage license by mail?

A:  For marriage licenses issued before 1995*, please complete the Marriage License Certified Copy Request Form, following request and payment instructions provided. Please mail the completed form with payment and self-addressed envelope to:
